Biggie and Tupac DVDs

The hit of the 2002 Sundance Film Festival, BIGGIE and TUPAC investigates the still unsolved murders of rap superstars Christopher Wallace (aka Biggie Smalls, the Notorious B. I. G. ) and Tupac Shakur. The story of two close friends who had a misunderstanding, a falling out and then became deadly enemies.

Their respective murders have long been explained as the result of the rivalry that had grown between them, but as award-winning British documentary filmmaker Nick Broomfield (Kurt and Courtney) reveals, startling new evidence suggests that the blame belongs elsewhere.

BIGGIE and TUPAC uncovers evidence that each shooting was more than just a by-product of the mid-nineties East Coast West Coast Rap Wars, and suggests a much wider conspiracy involving the LAPD, the FBI and Death Row Records boss, the imposing Suge Knight.
